FELT ELEPHANT

GDS Essex Ring of Dolls  

Students will create a richly decorated felt elephant 
using 100% wool felt, glass eyes, silk, braid and beads. 
All materials will be supplied.

Students should bring a basic sewing kit,
beading needle and scissors.

FELTED BEAR

Presented by Ann Miller

Students will create a cuddly small teddy
 using the technique of felting. 
All materials will be supplied. 


Students should bring a basic sewing kit and scissors.

DOGGY

Presented by Oksana Voropai
GDS Ukrainian Association 
for Handmade Artists  

Students will create a cute Doggy
in the combined techniques of 
constructing a wire frame body,
shaping plaster bandage and self drying plastic.

 All materials will be supplied.

TEDDY OR BUNNY KID
Presented by Rosemarie Kunz 
GDS Swiss Doll Fans 
 3*Teacher & Judge DAG Instructor

Students will create a charming Teddy or Bunny Kid 
by painting the face, setting the glass eyes and mohair lashes. 
The pre-sewn mohair body will be stuffed and fitted
with a moveable armature. 

All materials are included.
Please choose either a Teddy or Bunny when booking.

Students should bring scissors, glue, 
brushes for acrylic paint, sewing kit and sclamp.

PRESENTATION BOX WITH DOLL
Presented by Tove Berre Paulsen 
DAG Instructor

Students will receive a round wooden box to cover 
and decorate with silk fabric, lace, trims, paper flowers and leaves. 
They will also receive a completed Snowdrop
an 11cm All Bisque doll, and two painted ornaments. 
All materials are included as well as written instructions.


Students should bring sewing kit and scissors.

ALPACA PANDA
Presented by Lydia Barnard 
GDS Great Western

Students will create this delightful 8 ½” panda
 made from alpaca. 
The panda has an extra joint in its body 
making it capable of twisting the upper and lower torso.

Each kit comes with a pre-sewn body ready to be stuffed,
 joined and the eyes and nose to be put in. 

All materials and a full set of 
instructions will also be included.

Students should bring sewing kit & scissors.

FEATHER DUSTER

Students will make this 
unusual feather duster
using a painted half doll. 

All materials will be supplied 
to complete the workshop.

FRENCH SILK BONNET

Students will make this elegant
French silk bonnet 
using ecru silk and silk ribbon. 
(Head circumference approx. 10”/11”)

Students will make a hedgehog in the combined 
techniques of sewing a simple body and basic 
felting to create its face.

JAPANESE FABRIC FLOWERS

Presented by June Crump
  GDS Southern Belles 

Students will be provided with material and beads
 to create two flowers suitable for a dolls bonnet, 
 medium flower and a large flower to decorate a hat
 or make into a piece of fun jewellery.

All materials will be supplied including a broach back. 

Students should bring a basic sewing kit
and scissors for both fabric and paper.
